Senior Quality and Compliance Manager
Markham, Ontario
Ensil is seeking a highly qualified leader to take full responsibility for its Quality Management System across its Markham, Ontario and Niagara Falls, New York operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead ISO 9001 and AS9110 certification work, manage internal and external audits, maintain quality records, close corrective actions, and work directly with certification registrars.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 10 years of quality management experience
- Proven leadership of ISO 9001 audits and direct experience with AS9110 or AS9100
- Experience in aerospace, defence, electronics repair, or a closely related technical field
- Demonstrated ability to build audit-ready systems and resolve findings
- Experience with Controlled Goods and ITAR is an asset
